Your payment plan covers your past-due balance and your current charges as of the day you enroll. However, you must pay all new water service bills with Milwaukee Water Works directly.
Your new bills must be paid to Milwaukee Water Works to keep your water service on. Your agreed upon plan payments must be paid to PromisePay for past-due balance payment processing.
